Located in a picturesque setting, the resort is renowned for its award-winning Spa and Health Club.

As the Head of Wellness, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the overall well-being experience for the guests and team.

As the Head of Wellness, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the Spa and Health Club operations, ensuring the continued commercial success of both

Your responsibilities will include strategic development, budget management, team leadership, and the creation of innovative wellness programs.
This role demands a 360-degree ownership approach, focusing on delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth across both departments.

• 5 years in the Wellness sector, with 2 years at a senior level. Preferably in a Spa or Fitness business.
• Passionate about the Wellness industry
• Experience developing and building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Proactively identify opportunities to up-sell additional experiences or services to guests, driving revenue growth
• Strategically manage HOD relationships, identify new business opportunities, and maximize sales potential within the departments.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to expand brand awareness.
