ROLE: Restaurant Manager - 4 Star Hotel
LOCATION: Newcastle Upon Tyne
SALARY: Circa £30,000 per year
Are you an experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager ready to take an upmarket neighbourhood Dining room and Bar to the next level in terms of concept and service. This is a great time to join the management team in the development of the business.
We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager who can proactively manage our award-winning Rosette Restaurant and team within our 4-star hotel with breath-taking views of the Tyne & Wear countryside.
You will be responsible for the food service for dinner in a Rosette restaurant that offers fine, flavoursome food where there's both respect and passion for the ingredients in a relaxed environment.
We are ideally looking for a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager who has spent a few years developing their career within restaurant management and ideally rosette who is looking for the next step in their career.
