Role: Hotel Sales Office Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: £35k per year Plus bonus earning up to £3k per year
Our client is a deluxe four-star hotel in the Leicester area who is currently recruiting for experienced Sales Office Manager to be part of a friendly and welcoming Sales team.
As the main point of contact within the sales office, we are looking for a sales leader, who can oversee & manage the proactive and reactive sales that come into the office every day.
You will have a team of sales executives who need a strong leader to support, guide and develop your team with managing all the enquiries, chasing for final details and producing the Function Sheet for the operations team.
Your role will be to ensure that your team are on time, meeting customer's expectations, handling additional enquiries when the office get busy and supporting the team with the production of the function sheet and conducting the meeting with the operations team.
What we are looking for:
* You must already be an established Sales Office Manager from a large & busy conference hotel ideally from a branded 4-star hotel background.
* You must have a hotel sales focused background in both reactive and proactive sales.
* Experience of managing a small team and happy to work with them to deliver expectations and support them in their growth in their career.
* Used to handling a high volume of enquiries and dealing with these in a timely and professional manner.
