ROLE: Sales Manager
LOCATION: Worcester
SALARY: £40,000 plus Annual Bonus
Due to the increase in business and demand on services, we are looking for an experienced hotel or hospitality Sales Manager who can proactively manage a portfolio of approx. 20 Corporate Clients, with a combined turnover of £6m.
We need to find someone who has experience as a Sales Manager for a Hospitality industry or Hotel who knows how to handle the demands of the role..
As the Sales Manager, you will proactively build relationships with existing clients to support them with their conference and accommodation requirements and regularly meet to ensure the level of service is met., as well as obtain new clients to build the sales and business portfolio.
The role of Sales Manager requires:
* you to have the ability to demonstrate a proven track record of account management.
* the ability to possess excellent customer care experience & attention to detail.
* an individual to develop and grow new & existing business with a key focus on the Conference and accommodation markets.
* a self-driven sales Manager who is able to work within a small team to maintain a consistent service provider to our clients.
