JWR is recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a high volume operation in a 4* hotel in East London/ Canary Wharf area. The ideal Restaurant Manager will be an inspiring leader who will manage the team from the front, with a strong business acumen and a passion for delivering a memorable dining experience to each guest while keeping the company standards and making sure the Food and Beverage operation runs seamlessly.
