JWR is currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a fine dining restaurant in Central London, this venue offers an attentive and guest focused dining experience to the guests, following a quality vs quantity approach. This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role.

The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have experience in a similar role in a high end restaurant, luxury hotel or private club. This venue focuses on smaller covers and very high standards of service. You will be supporting the Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of the service, participate in the staff recruitment and training and be passionate about proper hospitality.
