JWR is currently recruiting an Assistant Hotel Manager for a 4-star boutique Hotel in Central London. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per year + amazing company benefits. As Assistant Hotel Manager / Room Division Manager, you will be supporting the Hotel Manager in the day to day running of the hotel, create successful and effective working relationships with guests as well as colleagues, driving revenue opportunities and maximising customer satisfaction levels. the ideal Room Division Manager will be leading by example a happy and motivated team, take part in staff recruitment, training and retention, as well as bring new ideas on how to constantly improve the guests and colleagues experience.
