Hotel Manager - Near Reading - c£55k + Bonus and Benefits

I am working with an iconic property, that is looking for a Highly experienced Hotel Manager with excellent all-round skills gained within the Luxury UK Hotel market to help drive service levels within this busy hotel operation

You will need to have experience of managing and working with your Heads of Departments within a F&B led environment offering both exceptional quality and large volume. Ideally coming from the luxury 4 or 5 star market

For this role we are looking for experience of:

• Working within the luxury 4 or 5 star UK market as either Hotel Manager or Operations Manager here in the UK
• Strong hands-on style with a passion for the guest experience.
• strong background within F&B led operations
• You will need to show us that can lead your Hod's to achieve great results and lead by example within all departments
• Ability to influence service through the effective leadership and communication skills
• exceptional commercial and financial acumen
