We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our clients prestigious luxury lifestyle hotel.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering relationships with high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and affluent individuals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through personalised interactions and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to implement effective promotional strategies and pricing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in luxury hotel sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
