ROLE : Hotel Golf and Leisure Sales Manager
LOCATION: Coventry
SALARY : Circa £35- 40k plus bonus

Our client is a modern Leisure and Golf resort hotel is nestled within the West Midlands and are looking for an enthusiastic Golf, Leisure Club & Spa Manager.

The successful candidate must have experience of reviewing revenue streams and driving the business forward and actively grow all three areas of the business.

With an already successful membership, you will need to lead from the front with exceptional customer service ensuring the team do the same to maintain membership retention and new member attraction.

* You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of supervising and managing a team within a hotel with Golf, Leisure & Spa.
* Must have experience of managing the sales & marketing aspect for all three departments.
* Must be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills both face to face, on the telephone & via email.
* Ability to motivate & develop team members and to work as a team.
* Must be commercially aware, understanding the importance of working within costs & departmental budgets.
* Proven standards of IT skills and good standards of numeracy & literacy
* Must be highly organised and well versed in completing paperwork.
* Must be self-driven, willing to be 'hands-on' at all times and possess a passion for the leisure industry generally.
* The Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm with the occasional evening and weekend work with prior notice.
