I am currently recruiting for a national hospitality operator for a Director Of Sales to oversee all sales activities across all sectors for their stunning 4* 140bed branded property in Oxfordshire, with excellent M&E space, spa and leisure facilities.

You will be working closely with the GM and Group Sales Director to drive revenue and to set sales strategy & direction across corporate and MICE sectors.

The Position:

* Director of Sales overseeing sales strategy and direction of the sales function across the property with a view to maximising and increasing account and new business sales revenue for corporate, leisure and MICE sales.

The Essential Skills:

* As Director of Sales you will have extensive experience with established brands in Senior Sales Manager or Director of Sales roles within established hotel firms and ideally Oxfordshire / SE / Home Counties sales experience at Director of Sales level.
