Conference and Banqueting Manager- Busy conference Hotel - Lincolnshire
Our client is a deluxe four-star hotel group is currently recruiting for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager.
Offering large meeting and events facilities the role will offer a significant challenge for the suitable candidate in a department that is key to the hotel. To be considered you will have an excellent background as C&B Manager working in large hotels or conference centres that can accommodate in the region of 350 covers plus.

* You will oversee, control and operationally deliver a variety of events across the calendar year; ensuring that the very highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
* With a proven track record in Conferences & Meetings, Weddings, dinners and other social Events, you will lead a team of full time and casual staff who have been with the hotel a long time.
* The Meeting & Events Manager must be able to demonstrate your strong leadership skills & the ability to develop a team.
* This role requires you to be flexible in dealing with work demands & changing priorities, be proactive and able to work under pressure.
* The ideal Conference and Banqueting Manager will have previous 4-star hotel experience or worked within a large conference centre.
* The Conference and Banqueting Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
In reward is a salary of in the region of £35,000 per year+ Tronc + company benefits + Excellent Development Prospects
