Assistant Hotel Manager, £55,000, independent London hotel

JWR is currently recruiting an Assistant Hotel Manager for a boutique hotel in Central London.
In this role, the Assistant Hotel Manager will support the Hotel Manager in the day to day running of the entire operation across all the hotel departments, leading and mentoring a happy and stable team as well as the HOD's.

Role details:

• Assistant Hotel Manager
• Up to £55,000 per year
• Less than 80 bedrooms
• Directly reporting to the Hotel Manager and the Company Director
• Fantastic work environment and a very good work life balance
• A happy a stable team to lead
• Rooms orientated with a small F&B offering

Required experience

• Already experienced in leading and mentoring the Front Office department as well as Guest Relations, Concierge, Housekeeping and Maintenance
• Experienced in leading Head of Departments
• Experience in directly reporting to Hotel Manager/General Manager

This role would suit an experienced Rooms Division Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager looking to join an independent hotel where every idea and opinion is valued. you will be supporting the Hotel Manager in the day to day running of the hotel, create successful and effective working relationships with guests as well as colleagues, driving revenue opportunities and maximising customer satisfaction levels. the ideal Assistant Hotel Manager will be leading by example a happy and motivated team, take part in staff recruitment, training and retention, as well as bring new ideas on how to constantly improve the guests and colleagues experience.
