As the Hotel General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our client's hotel operations, including extensive conference facilities and leisure. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of service, and driving the hotel's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Provide strong, hands-on leadership to all hotel departments, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas, from front desk to housekeeping to food and beverage services.
- Conference & Event Management: Manage the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and reports, aiming to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
