Brasserie Restaurant Manager - Luxury Hotel
Whitby, North Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 per year + Bonus & Service Charge plus:
* Annual Pay reviews
* Equal Share of Service Charge to all employees paid monthly
* Paid Breaks for shifts over 6 hours

You will be responsible for:
* effective management and daily operation of the restaurant working closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality through the reopening of the ho-tel.
* ensuring your team delivers the ultimate guest experience and sets the highest standards for services such as breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and everything in between.
* all business controls, including stock, labour, and general expenditure, working to budgets and sales forecasts.
Additionally, you will promote a strong communication between departments and maintain brand standards.
