Maintenance Manager, £44,000 + bonus, 5* hotel, Central London
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations of this 5* hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of the facilities while upholding health and safety standards. This role reports directly to the Hotel Manager.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role within a hotel or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are desirable
