Position: MICE Sales Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £up to £48k p.a.
Responsible for new business development of Meetings Incentives Conferences and Events as well as the account management of existing MICE business for multi sites in London.
- Supports in the implementation of the MICE sales strategy for hotels under their responsibility to meet the objectives defined in the Business Plan for each hotel.
- Support other sales team members in sales actions; show rounds, FAM trips, presentations, reports, cold calls and other projects as part of the daily sales duties in the department.
- Achieve and/or exceed the annual budget approved in the Business Plan (MICE segment) for the Cluster hotels in terms of room sales and ARR through an increase in the number of accounts/events and in the sales of event rooms, banquets, audio services and other revenues related to MICE.
