I'm currently recruiting for a global chain for a Sales Office Manager for their 50bed, 4* property based on the border of Surrey / West Sussex in the heart of the South Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to oversee the sales and reservations office and all inbound M&E inquiries and to manage 3 coordinators.
The site offers event space up to 180cv capacity externally and corporate events, parties, get togethers etc and the role will look after sales also for weddings up to 100cv.
Candidates will have a strong sales office management experience either as Snr Sales Coordinator or Manager level and should have experience of Opera and an excellent background in reactive events and room sales within the hotel or events sector coupled with excellent people management.
