General Manager - New Opening - Italy, Milan - €70k + Bonus
General Manager for a luxury lifestyle restaurant in the heart of Milan. This is an exciting new opening which is part of a global group that focuses upon premium establishments with lots of variety. This project will encompass high level dining, lots of character and high energy. The food offering will fusion between Asian & South American. This the perfect role for an individual that is an established General manager has a track record of running big volume sites and has bags of charisma.
Fluent Italian is a must for this position.

What you will do as General Manager:
- Fully accountable for entire operation
- Coach a team of 100
- Instrumental in the new opening planning with the group Ops Director
- Develop and nurture the team ensuring consistent highest standards
