ROLE: Restaurant Manager part of Independent Multi Award wining Restaurants
LOCATION: Stratford Upon Avon
SALARY: circa £38- 40,000 Per year plus tips worth 10% of salary and all the benefits from working inside a large hotel group.
This unique restaurant situated in a prime hotel location, prides itself on delivering an exceptional dining experience with a focus on sustainability, seasonality and locally-sourced produce.
We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager who can proactively manage our Restaurant. We need someone who has worked in a number of independent high end restaurants - not just hotels. You must be able to deputise for the Restaurant Manager in every aspect of the role.
The restaurant offers a traditional approach to contemporary British cooking in comfortable and convivial surroundings.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing & managing the team to provide the best customer service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Room Service in a restaurant that offers very good food in a relaxed environment. You will have total autonomy of the operation & be responsible for the recruitment, engagement, training and development of your own team.
We are ideally looking for someone who:
* has worked in a similar role in a fast -paced/high -volume environment previously and have a real eye for detail, looking for the next step in their career.
* Has a flexible approach with aspirations of unparalleled customer service along with passion for Food and Beverage and leading a team to deliver memorable experiences that guests will remember.
* Due to the nature of this busy environment, commitment and flexibility to your working hours is essential, this role will frequently include weekends and late finishes.
* This really is a role that requires someone with a strong passion for excellent customer service and an upbeat, positive attitude.
