LOCATION :Worcestershire
SALARY : Up to £38,000 per year plus Service charge, internal incentives based on KPI's, staff discounts and other benefits

We want to find an entrepreneurial Restaurant Manager with creative ideas to try something new for a leading luxury independent hotel in the Worcestershire area.

With deluxe 4* bedrooms, stylish public areas and an award-winning restaurant, we want you to manage our brasserie restaurant serving delicious and exquisite food and drink . This will be your baby and will require and hands on style to actively contribute to driving Restaurant sales.

Our Restaurant Manager will need to have a stable career working in quality independent restaurants or hotel restaurants, be a natural leader, have a passion for customer service and hospitality.

We would like someone who:

- is ideally entrepreneurial & has a good eye for business and strategy to support and drive revenue with a young team.
- not afraid oi be very hands on in the role both in and out of service.
- has the ability to set budget & work towards it
-has got new ideas to try something new, look at new concepts , create menus, complete staff training
-has strong and proven track record of leadership, to be more strategic of the operation and young team
