Duty Manager - Stunning 4* Riverside Hotel, Global Chain - Windsor - £28K
My client is a 120bedbed 4* hotel in Winchester currently looking for a talented hands on Duty Manager to cover reception and F&B duties during day and evening.
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Supervising a large team across reception & F&B
- Dealing with any guest issues
- Training and development of team members junior
- Excellent customer skills
- Ability to upsell across rooms and F&B
