LOCATION: Lincoln
SALARY: £30,000 per year plus

Join a prestigious 4-star hotel, just a short walk from Lincoln's city centre, celebrated for its private events and leisure escapes. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager committed to creating exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's stylish Cocktail Lounge, set in a stunning location within the property.
* Manage a lively bar serving a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, brunch, and light bites, to both residents and non-residents.
* Lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience managing a busy bar with a varied drinks menu, including cocktails.
* Hotel experience is beneficial but not required.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Proactive and hands-on, thriving in a large team environment.
* Knowledgeable about cocktail or lounge bars, with the ability to manage peak times efficiently.
* Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
* Highly organised with a strong understanding of cost management.
