Key Responsibilities:

Who We're Looking For:
* A proven track record as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hotel restaurant.
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage guest volumes and service schedules.
* Passionate, creative, and sophisticated with the ability to mentor and grow your team.
* Flexibility to manage varied shifts, ensuring a balanced schedule with no constant late-night dinners.
