Hotel Sales Manager

ROLE: Sales Manager - Resort Hotel
LOCATION: Perth, Scotland
SALARY: £35,000 plus unlimited monthly bonus based upon every contracted booking.

A modern Country House and Estate with superb accommodation, conference and leisure facilities are looking for a reactive and pro-active Hotel Sales Manager to be responsible for delivering the commercial goal of the business and growing sales and revenue streams across multiple outlets.

The role: -
* You will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with our clients, by managing the client accounts, revenue generation, local PR and brand image; you are the face and voice of the Brand.
* As Sales Manager, you will be required to generate new business and maintain existing account revenues in every area of the business including Food and Beverage.
* This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen on being in a highly visible role, with the hunger to continually increase business and really make their mark as part of this exciting journey.

The ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone:
* Ideally from Hotel resort background,
* With prior hotel sales experience,
* Lives locally Dundee, Perth or Inverness.

To be successful, you should have a thorough understanding of the channels to market to create revenue opportunities. In addition, you will be well networked and aware of local, national and global trends in the industry.
This role is a full-time position, ideally you will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
