Nestled near Lincoln's historic city centre, our prestigious 4-star hotel is renowned for its exceptional private events and leisure escapes. We're seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to take charge of our elegant Cocktail Lounge and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Your Role:
* Oversee daily operations of our sophisticated bar, offering a curated selection of cocktails, brunch options, and light bites.
* Serve both hotel guests and local patrons in a vibrant, dynamic setting.
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team, maintaining impeccable standards and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
* Demonstrated experience managing a high-paced bar, especially with a diverse cocktail menu.
* Prior hotel experience is a plus, but not essential.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide a team effectively.
* Hands-on approach, thriving in fast-paced, large-team environments.
* Expertise in managing peak service times and cost control.
