An independent 20 +bedroom Boutique Hotel & Spa in the Worcestershire area looking for a customer service focused Restaurant Manager to run the daily operation of the small food and beverage outlets. With fabulous décor and recently refurbished lounge bar area, the restaurant serves award-winning menus using seasonal produce and a notable wine list to complement.
We need an experienced Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager to step into this exciting role to:
* be responsible for managing the daily operation of the award winning restaurant, small events room for 50 people as well as the newly refurbished decadent lounge bar area which is mainly used by the hotel guests.
* The hotel has a very good sleeper/ diner ratio so you will be able to manage rotas , holidays and guest expectations easily. The hotel does not hold Christmas parties as the venue is not big enough.
* You will also work with the Hotel Manager & Head Chef to continually improve all aspects of restaurant service
* With a dedicated fully recruited team of 15 at peak season, you will continue to maintain the ongoing training and development of the restaurant team, both scheduled and on the job to ensure your team have excellent product knowledge.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager now looking for that next step in the luxury Boutique hotel sector & ideally from a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment.
