What you will do:
- Lead from the front
- Let your infectious personality motivate the team around you
- Commercial awareness
- Conduct FOH & BOH to create a seamless experience for guests
- Look after up to 8 team members
- Care & attention for all that you prepare for the guests
- High standards and knowledge of H&S
- P&L accountable
- Simply care about what you do and have a good time doing it
