The Role:
As restaurant and Bar manager you will report into the General Manager and will be responsible for a team of 20+ passionate staff.
you will be a hands on leader, able to demonstrate your background within highly quality all fresh volume based restaurants in the UK and have a passion for on-trend, seasonal all fresh food offerings in modern yet refined settings
a strong communicator with a passion for service, you will also need to be career hungry and want to push yourself and those around you to ensure that service levels are not only met but exceeded
