Salary: £37,000 per year + tips exceeding £2,000 annually

About Us
Nestled in the picturesque Worcestershire countryside, our independent luxury boutique hotel and spa features over 20 beautifully designed bedrooms. With an award-winning restaurant and a newly refurbished lounge bar, we pride ourselves on delivering elegance, exceptional service, and outstanding seasonal dining.
We're searching for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee our award-winning restaurant, manage intimate events for up to 50 guests, and lead the newly upgraded lounge bar, catering primarily to hotel guests.

Your Role:
* Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, lounge bar, and small events space, ensuring top-tier service.
* Manage staff schedules, holidays, and guest expectations, supported by a team of 15 during peak seasons.
* Collaborate closely with the Hotel Manager and Head Chef to elevate service standards and dining experiences.
* Provide hands-on leadership while training and developing the team to maintain exceptional product knowledge and service skills.
* Drive guest satisfaction and maintain the hotel's excellent sleeper/diner ratio.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and alignment with the hotel's luxury ethos.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
* Exceptional leadership and motivational skills, with a track record of managing and inspiring teams.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities to ensure smooth operations and memorable guest experiences.
* A genuine passion for food, wine, and delivering extraordinary dining moments.
