As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across multiple luxury properties. Working closely with the management team, you will lead a dedicated housekeeping team, ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and training housekeeping staff to uphold exceptional standards.
• Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure all accommodations meet quality standards.
• Collaborating with other departments to meet guest expectations and resolve any issues promptly.

• Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
