Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to exceed guest expectations.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control to optimise profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, and safety standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Experience of managing luxury resorts in the Caribbean
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in revenue management and budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and guest expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Passion for sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
