As Head Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable table service and enhancing the overall guest experience with your attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for hospitality. You will be a key point of contact for guests throughout their dining experience and will ensure service standards reflect the restaurant's exceptional reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver flawless, attentive service in line with fine dining standards
Guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge and enthusiasm
Coordinate with commis waiters and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
Manage your section efficiently while maintaining a calm and composed presence
Build rapport with guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Head Waiter / Waitress in a fine dining environment
Strong understanding of food, wine, and service etiquette
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance and demeanour
Passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience
