Role: Hotel Meeting and Events Team leader - Hotel- office based - Monday to Friday
Location: Near Chester
Salary : £30,000 per year plus bonus and incentives to earn even more!
My client is a modern and contemporary Hotel operator set in a prime location in a large Market town in North Wales, looking for an experienced and talented Sales Office Manager ideally from a high-quality, high-profile hotel background
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Conference Sales Coordinator or Hotel Meeting and Events Sales Supervisor now looking for career progression where your opinion and passion matters
If you are able to demonstrate:
* The ability to maximise all sales opportunities and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings in this 50 plus bedroom hotel with conference facilities for up to 200 people.
* Knowledge of Reslynx will be an advantage.
* the smooth and efficient running of the M&E Sales Team by defining, documenting, and delivering a professional sales service
* the ability to coach and develop your coordinator to ensure a professional and efficient service is always delivered to new and existing clients
* the ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
* Minimum one year's experience in a similar 50-bedroom property with conference facilities for 100 guests at 4-star hotel.
