JWR is proud to be working on behalf of a stunning luxury hotel to recruit a Head Housekeeper to lead and inspire their passionate housekeeping team.

Salary/Package:
This is a role within one of the UK's most exciting and unique hotel brands, committed to creating inspiring and rewarding workplaces. In return for your hard work, you'll enjoy:

As Head Housekeeper, you will lead from the front, driving standards, nurturing your team, and ensuring every room and public area is immaculate and welcoming.

This is more than just a supervisory role. You'll be hands-on, with an unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in what you do. You'll take full ownership of all housekeeping operations, including:

• Overseeing the preparation and cleanliness of all bedrooms and public spaces
• Managing, motivating, and developing a dedicated housekeeping team
• Monitoring and maintaining furnishings, fittings, and equipment, liaising with the maintenance team when needed
• Handling stock control, linen, and housekeeping supplies efficiently
• Conducting inspections and delivering training to uphold 5-star standards

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper or in a similar senior housekeeping role
• A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to outstanding cleanliness standards
