We are proud to be recruiting for a Cluster Revenue Manager to take charge of three prominent London hotels, driving revenue performance across Rooms, Reservations, Group Sales, and Events.
This is a pivotal senior role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You'll manage both the on-property Room Sales (Reservations) team and the Groups, Conference & Events (GC&E) team, working across departments to maximise revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Reservations & Revenue:
Lead the on-property Reservations team, overseeing daily room sales and inventory optimisation across three hotels.
Monitor booking trends, analyse performance data, and report insights to senior leadership.
Participate in revenue management calls, sharing business leads, wins, and key conversion opportunities.
Work closely with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies and promotions for transient and group bookings.
Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives (e.g., dining, event packages).
Track sales activity and performance through IDeaS, Opera/OnQ, and internal dashboards.
Groups, Conference & Events:
Oversee the full lifecycle of group bookings and events-from enquiry and quoting to planning and delivery.
Ensure a smooth handover to planning teams once business moves to contract stage.
Manage logistics including room setups, AV, catering, timelines, and staffing coordination.
Create and maintain group contracts, tracking budgets, ensuring compliance, and securing timely payments.
Develop compelling, tailored event proposals and presentations that meet client objectives and maximise venue profitability.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure exceptional execution.
Commercial & Strategic:
Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new MICE and group business.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports, event summaries, and client feedback to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate on rate strategy, demand forecasting, and distribution decisions.
Analyse CoSTAR, Rate Shopping tools, and other commercial data sources to guide strategic decisions.
Influence distribution through understanding of GDS, OTAs, and channel management systems.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Highly numerate, analytical, and commercially astute.
Proven team management experience, with the ability to coach and influence performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Organised, self-motivated, and capable of thriving under pressure.
Experience interpreting and acting upon CoSTAR and rate shopping data.
Desirable:
Experience with OnQ, Opera, IDeaS, and Delphi S&C systems.
Educated to HND/Degree level or equivalent.
Strong understanding of channel management and distribution ecosystems.
Awareness of industry trends, commercial innovation, and performance metrics.
Previous experience in a cluster, multi-property, or branded hotel environment.
