Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional events and unforgettable guest experiences? Our prestigious 4-star hotel in the heart of Berkshire is seeking an experienced MICE Sales Manager to lead and grow our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) business.
About the Role:
As MICE Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue and maximising occupancy through strategic sales initiatives. You'll take ownership of the full event sales cycle - from proactive lead generation to seamless booking conversion - all while delivering a luxury, personalised experience that reflects our brand.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver superb customer service through attentive communication and a consultative sales approach.
Demonstrate outstanding organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple enquiries and bookings efficiently.
Drive and exceed business targets related to revenue, occupancy, and conversion rates.
Proactively sell and secure business through outbound calls, site visits, networking, and client presentations.
Maintain and grow strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers alike.
Keep a close eye on local market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead and maximise opportunities.
Utilise excellent IT skills, including confident use of Opera Sales and/or Delphi, to manage client data, reporting, and sales performance.

Proven experience in a MICE sales role within the luxury hotel or hospitality sector.
A results-focused mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Confident and clear communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of local market and competitors.
