- Be hands-on in service, providing a visible and supportive presence for the team.

- Work varied shifts, including a mix of days and evenings, without too many late finishes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a high-volume hospitality venue.
- Comfortable in a busy, informal setting, with a keen eye for detail and guest service
- Strong knowledge of food and drink, with a passion for team development.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to balance maintaining high standards with a personable approach.
Essential Requirements:
