Regional Manager - Luxury Hotel Group (Scotland)
Location: Scotland (travel between two hotel sites required)
We are supporting a client in the search for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead operations across two prestigious, upscale hotels in Scotland. With a combined annual turnover of Circa £16 million, these properties represent the pinnacle of hospitality, service, and guest experience. This is a rare opportunity for a high-calibre leader to step into a strategic, multi-site leadership role within a dynamic and growing hospitality group.
Regional Manager Remuneration.
- A basic salary of Circa £110/ 115K negotiable for the right individual.

About the Role
As Regional Manager, you will have full operational and commercial oversight of both properties, working closely with on-site General Managers to ensure consistently outstanding guest experiences, high team engagement, and financial performance in line with ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across both hotels
- Mentor, support, and challenge the General Managers to drive excellence in service, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Ensure delivery of brand standards across all departments: Rooms, F&B, Events, Spa, and more
- Collaborate with finance, sales & marketing, and HR to align operational performance with business objectives
- Analyse KPIs and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control
- Champion a strong culture of guest satisfaction, innovation, and team development
About You
- Proven multi-site leadership experience in 4 or 5-star hospitality environments
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenues exceeding £10M+
- Inspirational leadership style with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and service delivery
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility to travel regularly between both hotel locations
