Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for meetings, events, and accommodation.
 - Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
 - Attend and represent the hotel at local and national events.
 - Negotiate client contracts, ensuring profitable and long-term agreements.
 - Lead sales activities across all market segments.
 - Regularly report sales activities and achievements to senior management.
 - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
 - Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure consistent client communication.
 
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry.
 - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
 - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
