We are looking for a General Manager with a passion for hospitality, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. This is a flagship hotel within the portfolio and requires a hands-on General Manager who can deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive profitability, and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire hotel operation as General Manager, ensuring performance targets are met across rooms and F&B.
- Deliver exceptional guest service while maximising revenue and controlling costs.
- Drive results across accommodation, food and beverage, and events.
- Develop and lead a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team.
- Uphold brand standards and maintain full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build strong local partnerships and grow the hotel's profile within the region.
About You:
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a 4-star or lifestyle property.
- Strong leadership, commercial, and operational background.
- Passionate about quality Food and Beverage
