The Role
As Revenue Manager, you will work directly with the Cluster Director of Revenue to maximise profitability and drive business performance across this flagship property. You will play a key role in developing and implementing revenue strategies, optimising room inventory, and ensuring a competitive edge within the London luxury hotel market.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all revenue management functions for the hotel
Develop pricing strategies and forecast demand to maximise occupancy and revenue
Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and business mix to optimise results
Collaborate closely with the Cluster Director of Revenue and senior hotel leadership team
Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Ensure the hotel remains competitive in the highly dynamic London luxury market
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
Current or very recent experience as a Revenue Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel in London
A strong understanding of the London hotel market and competitive landscape
A proven track record of delivering positive results through strategic revenue management
Exceptional analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail
A collaborative approach with strong communication skills
