Position: Hotel Operations Manager

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially aware, guest-focused leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy London property, ensuring first-class service and smooth departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage

• Lead, coach, and inspire HODs to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Drive operational efficiency, ensuring service standards are consistently met or exceeded

• Support the General Manager with strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting

• Implement health, safety, and compliance standards across the property

• Maintain strong working relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel environment

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Commercially astute with an understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPIs

• Strong knowledge of London's competitive hospitality market

• A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for exceeding guest expectations
