Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Luxury Restaurant
Location: North Yorkshire
Salary: £38,000 per year plus a generous Service Charge, 48hr working week plus:
* Equal Share of Service Charge to all employees paid monthly
* Paid Breaks for shifts over 6 hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Restaurant Manager to join a vibrant and fast-paced 80-seater Restaurant in the heart of North Yorkshire. With a strong focus on quality, pace, and exceptional service, this is a chance to become part of a business undergoing significant investment and transformation.

The Role:
You will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring seamless collaboration with the kitchen team to deliver a high-volume, high-standard dining experience across all service periods - from breakfast to dinner, including afternoon tea.
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
* Lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.
* Be a visible, hands-on host who sets the tone for a welcoming and professional guest experience.
* Maintain tight control over stock, labour, and general expenditure, working within set budgets and sales forecasts.
* Champion operational standards while ensuring brand values and service consistency are always upheld.
* Encourage strong interdepartmental communication, driving efficiency and guest satisfaction.

About You:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and driven individual who is ready to hit the ground running and lead by example.
You will bring:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 2 Rosette environment, with the ability to balance speed and precision.
* Solid understanding of volume service, with an eye for detail and the confidence to make immediate improvements when needed.
* Excellent wine knowledge, ideally WSET Level 2 or 3 qualified.
* A proactive, positive presence on the floor - always leading from the front with a smile.
* A natural communicator and motivator, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
