Salary: £up to £65,000

A leading boutique hotel in the heart of Central London, just moments from Oxford Circus, is seeking an innovative and adaptable General Manager to lead operations and continue our position as a top-ranked property within our competitive set.
This stylish 3-star hotel has recently undergone a full refurbishment, with all guest rooms upgraded to the highest standards. While our amenities are limited, our reputation for exceptional service and guest experience is second to none - and we are now seeking a results-driven leader to maximise performance and drive business growth in the fast-paced London market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all hotel departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Accounts and F&B, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
Implement innovative strategies to maintain our best-in-class reputation and optimise guest satisfaction.
Manage budgets, forecast revenues, control expenses and deliver on business KPIs including occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
Analyse business performance to inform strategy and adapt quickly to changing market trends.
Build, coach and motivate a high-performing team, fostering professional development and a positive workplace culture.
Strengthen guest experience through attentive, personalised service and proactive engagement with feedback.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OTAs, travel partners and local networks to maximise bookings and market reach.
Lead sales and marketing initiatives to grow our profile in the London market.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and legal standards.
Provide regular operational and performance reports to the board.
About You
Proven experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in a boutique, 3-star or higher hotel.
Demonstrable track record of achieving commercial results and meeting KPIs.
Strong knowledge of the London hotel market with established OTA and travel industry connections.
Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in hotel PMS, channel management and digital distribution systems.
A hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and continuous improvement.
Hospitality, business or related degree preferred; relevant professional qualifications advantageous.
