Restaurant Manager - Boutique Hotel Brasserie
Location: North Yorkshire ( Temporary accommodation available if relocating to the area )
Salary: £38,000 + Monthly Service Charge | 48-hour contract (Paid Breaks)

Join a high-performing, fast-paced 80-cover Restaurant in one of North Yorkshire's most scenic luxury hotels - now entering an exciting phase of investment, growth, and innovation.
We're on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager (or ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to step up) who thrives in a quality-driven, high-volume environment and leads with energy, standards, and style.

The Role:
You'll take full ownership of the Restaurant's daily operation, driving performance across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea service. Collaboration with the kitchen team will be key to ensuring pace, precision, and consistently excellent guest experiences.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where presence and leadership on the floor matter as much as managing the numbers behind the scenes.

As Restaurant Manager, you will:
* Lead, train and inspire a confident front-of-house team to deliver seamless, warm service.
* Set the tone of service - present, professional, and engaged.
* Manage rotas, cost control, stock and labour within budget and forecast.
* Uphold and improve service standards, always with a guest-first mindset.
* Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver a smooth guest journey.

What We're Looking For:
We want someone entrepreneurial, energetic, and hospitality obsessed.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience in a 2 Rosette or similar fine dining/brasserie environment
* Ability to manage both quality and volume under pressure
* Strong wine knowledge (WSET Level 2 or 3 desirable)
* Confidence in making quick, informed decisions and leading with clarity
* A positive presence on the floor - setting the pace and tone for your team
* Strong organisational skills with a calm, motivating leadership style
