We are seeking an accomplished Senior Revenue Manager to join a luxury 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Central London. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic, brand-led group structure, offering the chance to shape and lead the property's revenue strategy.
The Role
As Senior Revenue Manager, you will:
Take full ownership of the hotel's revenue strategy, ensuring commercial success in a highly competitive market.
Drive segmentation strategy to maximise performance across multiple channels.
Align closely with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making across sales, marketing, distribution, and operations.
Deliver robust revenue reporting, forecasting, and analysis to inform strategic direction.
Act as the key guardian of revenue performance, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
About You
We are looking for a confident and commercially astute individual with:
Proven revenue management experience within a luxury hotel environment
A strong track record of implementing and executing successful revenue strategies.
Exceptional analytical, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, brand-led environment with a group structure.
A proactive, strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
