Are you a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in hospitality? Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel, is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and strengthen the property's position in a competitive market.
Director of Sales Package

Key Director of Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximise revenue across rooms, meetings & events, and F&B.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to ensure alignment of commercial strategy.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Candidate requirements for the Director of Sales
- Proven experience as Director of Sales (or senior sales leadership) within the 4/5-star hotel sector.
- Strong network of corporate and agency contacts.
- Commercially astute with a data-driven approach to sales strategy.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to represent the hotel brand at the highest level.
