The Role
As Hotel Manager, you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations across all hotel departments.
Drive service excellence, ensuring brand standards are consistently achieved.
Support the General Manager with financial planning, budgeting, and delivering profit targets.
Lead, train and develop departmental managers and their teams.
Contribute to sales and revenue strategies to maximise occupancy and guest spend.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting both guests and staff.
The Candidate
We are seeking a Hotel Manager who:
Has proven management experience in a large branded hotel environment.
Brings strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Demonstrates commercial awareness with the ability to achieve targets.
Has a hands-on, guest-focused approach to operations.
Can adapt to a fast-paced London market.
