We're recruiting on behalf of a successful 4-star property, well-established in both the corporate and leisure markets, and now seeking a proven General Manager to shape its next chapter of growth.

The Role
As General Manager, you'll:
- Take full ownership of hotel operations, leading a diverse team to deliver outstanding service.
- Drive profitability by developing corporate, conferencing, and premium leisure segments.
- Work closely with the sales and revenue teams to implement commercial strategies.
- Maintain operational excellence across rooms, F&B, and events.
- Inspire a culture of service, performance, and accountability.
About You
We're looking for a General Manager who is dynamic, commercially astute, and hands-on, combining strategic vision with day-to-day operational excellence. You will bring:
- Proven track record of success as a GM (or senior leadership in a 4*+ hotel).
- Strong background in driving corporate and MICE business, alongside leisure.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
- A guest-first mindset with the ability to balance service excellence and profit focus.
